Requirements of a food establishment
The prerequisite of setting up a food establishment is that the establishment complies with all legal requirements set by the government.
Mobile food establishments
A mobile food establishment is a temporary or movable space (i.e. a food truck, market stall, sales vehicle, or marquee) where food is sold or handled.

Notification procedure
The food establishment operator must notify of the arrival of a mobile food establishment. The notification must be sent to the local health inspector at least 4 business days prior to the arrival of the food establishment.
